End of the Rainbow in Orange County

We have been hit with some massive rain storms
in Orange County over the weekend
(okay 2 inches...but according to Channel 4 News, this is StormWatch '09)
Yesterday, my little daughter and I were playing on the swings
at the local elementary school by our house when we spotted
a rainbow in the sky.

The Old Testament tells us that the rainbow is a visible sign
from God of what He promised Noah after the Great Flood.
In Genesis 9 we read:
12 And God said, "This is the sign of the covenant I am making between me and you and every living creature with you, a covenant for all generations to come: 13 I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth. 14 Whenever I bring clouds over the earth and the rainbow appears in the clouds, 15 I will remember my covenant between me and you and all living creatures of every kind. Never again will the waters become a flood to destroy all life. 16 Whenever the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant between God and all living creatures of every kind on the earth."
17 So God said to Noah, "This is the sign of the covenant I have established between me and all life on the earth."

Pretty cool to know that we can see today the very sign/symbol of God's covenant
with Noah.
Anyways, in Orange County yesterday, a guy named Jason Erdkamp of Lake Forest, took this photo
on the 241 tollroad...Do you think this is real or photo shopped?

The Orange County Register Newspaper believes it is a real photo and wrote this article about it.
