Fish Radio personality "Big Wave Dave" gave me 30 seconds to talk about Calvary Church. I don't know if was the intimidation of sitting next to a radio celebrity or knowing 30,000 soccer Mom's were listening to my every word, but I froze on the radio!Fortunately, I got through the 30 second spot relatively unscathed.

ReplyDeleteI froze on the radio when I got back from Desert Storm in 1991. Luckily the DJ (or whatever you call them) was quick to bail me out. He asked me how it was over there, which is kind of a hard question when you just got back from a war and spending 6 months in the desert. Not too many positive things to say.
I'm sure you did a great job. By the way, I check out the website often to see what is happening at Calvary. Have a great night.
