The Church on Mission

Ed Stetzer has become one of my favorite bloggers/authors/pastors.
His insights into pastoral ministry are compelling and challenging.
Go check out his blog after you watch this video he created recently:

This video summarizes my dream for the Christian community I am a part of, Calvary Church.

  1. Hello everybody! I don't know where to start but hope this place will be useful for me.
In first steps it is really good if somebody supports you, so hope to meet friendly and helpful people here. Let me know if I can help you.
Thanks and good luck everyone! ;)

  3. Matt,

That is a very neat and so very needed in churches today! It is true that inviting people to church is a good thing, and in some cases be what the Holy Spirit uses to move their hearts towards Jesus.

More is needed, mission living wherever we are is definitely what more Christians need to live like. There are many who call themselves "Christians" and yet do not live as the Bible and Jesus show us we should. It is indeed very difficult, everyone, myself included very much, struggle against the sin nature we have. Praise God for His Son!

Along these lines, did you get a chance to see Ken Ham's State of the Nation 2 address? If you did not, I strongly suggest that you watch it in some way, whether by DVD or online. Here is the website: http://answerslive.org/ or here: www.answersingenesis.org

My wife and I will be teaching a class at church on these subjects, and we are really looking forward to it.

Hope you are doing very well.
Khodaa barkat bede be to! (God bless you)
