To My Fellow Pastors: My buddy (and boss!) at Calvary, Eric Wakeling, recently told me about a FREE preaching conference coming up presented by Preaching Rocket. Preaching Rocket is a new on-line community which is officially launches on March 1st. The idea is to give a forum on Preaching, for Pastors, where they can learn and grow from one another. I am really excited about the site and about the conference which is being help on March 15th from 10am to 1pm, Pacific Time and features, Andy Stanley, Louie Giglio, Perry Noble and others.

ReplyDeleteWould you ever consider going to the Shepherd's Conference some year? It is a Wed - Fri. This year it is March 7-9. It would be good to find out about some of these "preachers" before we go out and promote them. For example Perry Noble...a Rick Warrenite....

A far as I know, all of the featured speakers on the Preaching Conference listed above are believers in Jesus Christ and preach orthodox Biblical Doctrine. If I find evidence to the contrary, I will for not endorse the conference. Your comment makes me think you may no something or Noble or others that I don't? Any info you have would be helpful. Have a great week at the Shepherd's Conference my brother!

That is a pretty pricy monthly rate for a preaching web site. Up to $100 a month wow! That is crazy!
